DO NOT RECOMMEND! THEY WERE A NO SHOW! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME! I would give ZERO stars if I could. I chose this place because it had a very good google rating! After my experience today, I wonder how the heck that is even possible. It started fine, I called and made an appointment at 8:30 this morning to have my windshield fixed. The girl on the phone said someone would be out between 12-4 pm, and I would get a courtesy call from the person coming out letting me know they are on the way. NO CALL, NO SHOW! I called around 4:15 pm stating I did not get a call, and asked if someone was still coming out to fix my windshield. The girl on the phone said, “let me call the guy that’s coming out so I can see where he is, he is the OWNER.” The girl then said she would call back. NO CALL BACK! I called again 90 min later to follow up since the business closes at 7pm and it is now 5:30 pm, I GOT NO ANSWER- went STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL!!! I called several more times same thing. I even texted them several times. STILL NO ANSWER! 6:15 pm, I called again, NO ANSWER! This is absolutely unacceptable! The least they could have done is have the courtesy to called back, and say they couldn’t make it tod

I picked this place based on reviews and being super close to my office. Had an appointment time set up for next day from noon to 4 pm. When that time passed & no one called or texted, I called and was told they were running behind but could come to my house that evening after 5:45 pm, so I agreed and again waited all evening. No one ever contacted me, no phone call stating they needed to reschedule. What an unprofessional way to do business! I don’t care if you’re running late or need to reschedule, but communication (text or call) would have been nice so I don’t waste my time waiting. Book this place at your own risk cause based on my experience, zero percent chance they show up. Even today, they never bothered to call or try to reschedule. Maybe since it’s a windshield repair and not a replacement, it wasn’t worth their time. 🤷🏼‍♀️

What a great experience from start to finish. Cracked windshield right in my field of view while driving down from Illinois visiting my sister in Frisco for Christmas. Spoke with them while driving down they quoted a great price and they were even able to come out next day on Christmas Eve replacing my windshield in 30 minutes. James performed the replacement and what a great person to talk to while he worked, very personable, very professional. Great service guys! If I ever need a windshield again, I will make a road trip just to use them again. I’ve had windshields replaced in Illinois and was not provided the great service/pricing I experienced with these guys. I’m a mechanic by trade and it is very difficult for me to let anyone touch my vehicles, but no hesitation with these professionals. Merry Christmas to all, and thank you for making this experience as stress free as possible, especially on Christmas Eve.

Awesome work! Jenn was very proficient taking my old window off and the new one on, even went the extra mile and made sure all glass was cleaned up before he left. Plus it looks great!
